I am running a MySQL cluster in Azure. My DB size is almost 700GB. When I drop any table using MySQL router I am having a problem. My cluster breaks and showing in cluster status that the table I dropped which is not in another DB Node.

This is a rather generic statement. Did you mean to say MySQL Group Replication? Or Percona XtraDB Cluster? Or MySQL Cluster (NDB)?
When you drop the table, please take a look at all the error logs in all cluster members and see if there is any error present.
