I want to know how to Clone data from slave

I have mysql server
Server A - Master
Server B - Slave of Server A

when server A down i need to set new slave for backup
I want to know how to clone data from slave with xtrabackup

If I get your question right you want to setup a new slave server, in that case you just have to follow the steps on this link: How to set up a replica for replication in 6 simple steps with Percona XtraBackup - Percona XtraBackup
