Are you looking to migrate your data from MySQL 5.7 to Percona XtraDB Cluster 8.0 ?

Yes,it is or make it one of the pxc 8.0.

I recommend you upgrade to MySQL 8.0 first, and if this is successful then you shutdown MySQL and you can start the first PXC 8.0 node on the same data directory.
Later you can add additional nodes.
