Hi,
I try to find a way to get rid of ibdata1 using Xtrabackup on a Terrabyte database.
I want to restore my database on a slave with option “innodb_file_per_table=1” without ibdata1 tablespace.
Is it possible with xtrabackup?
Thanks

What do you think about switch every table to myisam, clear ibdata1 and turn back tables to innodb then?.
What about foreign keys?
