From where I can add targets in Prometheus! & how I can access the prometheus dashboard

Hey team,
I have my nodejs application with dependencies(prom-client). My metrics nodejs application metrics on http//x.x.x.x/metrics which is running fine.
but how I can add this endpoint in PMM(percona) so I can make dashboard from it

You should add it as an external service.
