extended support after september 2020

hello Team ,

we are in a process of upgrading the percona mysql from 5.7 to 8.0 , but due to some internal development issue it may extend . but looking out the support from percona we have support till SEP 2020 and there is some extended support after that .

can you please let us know what exactly does the extended support be like .
