If not ,is there any alternative for the same …?

MySQL Enterprise Monitor is a different product from Oracle that requires an Oracle “Enterprise” subscription. It is not a part of the MySQL Community Server, and therefore it is not a part of the Percona Server for MySQL product. Percona offers our own monitoring and management product called Percona Monitoring and Management or PMM for short. You can learn about it here https://www.percona.com/software/database-tools/percona-monitoring-and-management. It is fully Open Source just like Percona Server for MySQL.

That I do not know offhand, PMM is not one of my products. I am admittedly quite ignorant of its capabilities. You will need to do your research on PMM yourself or ask a specific use case question here in the PMM forum.
