Hi, maybe i just haven’t looked hard enough but when using xtrabackup and streaming to object storage, is there a way to delete old backups?
So only a number of backups back in time are kept. Or do I have to fix this separately?
Hello @Lars_Erik_Dangvard_J, xtrabackup is not a backup manager; It will not auto-delete any backups. You will need to do this manually. You can use the aws s3 rm -r to recursively delete a backup directory.
