Decent puppet module to install a node on CentOS/Ubuntu

HI All,

I like Percona a lot and have installed some servers, Ubuntu, manyally as this is a simple task.

Now my SQL servers are growing I would like to puppetize them and have found some Pupper modules on github and puppet forge that are not 100% working well.

Are there people here have a good puppet module that installs a server and not a whole cluster (using vagrant) ?

It would help a lot of people I think!
