Creation of dashboard alerts.

Good morning community and thanks in advance.

Is there any guide / tutotial or similar to create dashboard alerts?
The alerts I am referring to are the ones in the Alerting / Alert rules & notifications section. (attached screenshot)

I am not referring to the alerts integrated with Percona, i.e. the alerts that are generated on the dashboards.
