Are the pmm-data backup instructions up to date?

I’m trying to follow the instructions to backup the pmm-data container as written here:

The first 3 docker cp commands do not find a directory at that location on the pmm-data container, but the 4th command works.

if you are if you are running pmm 2 those docs are for pmm 1. Try this instead: 
https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-monitoring-and-management/2.x/install/docker.html

there are backup/restore steps on that page.
