How do I add a user to my “organization” so they can view the reports? It’s not intuitively obvious.

The way to do that is the following:
- click on user name and choose “Manage Account”
- choose “Percona Cloud Tools” in dropdown menu and add mail to text field
Some notes:
- you must be an owner of organization
- both users should be existing (created)
