Hello; I’m doing some comparative research between Oracle MySQL products, and Percona. I’m trying to build a test cluster, and having problems running a prepare against a backup created with xtrabackup. The version info is below:
tool_version = 8.0.4
ibbackup_version = 8.0.4
server_version = 8.0.13-4
The backup completes fine. Running the prepare returns this error stack:
Unable to lock ./xtrabackup_logfile error: 5
Operating system error number 5 in a file operation.
Error number 5 means ‘Input/output error’
Not sure if this matters, the backup target-dir is a NFS mount.
