MySQL has released 8.0.24, but percona has not released 8.0.23 yet.
So percona is adjusting the release period?

Hi @louishust thanks for posting this question! Our stated goal is to publish our Percona Server for MySQL release within 30 days of upstream MySQL release. Given that MySQL 8.0.23 was published on January 18 we are certainly lagging this time, but we expect to have a release out next week.
MySQL 8.0.24 was released on April 20, and so the Percona Engineering team is still focused on a release within the 30 day window - check back closer to May 20 as we approach our target release date.
