We are getting the error in pmm server

PMM server error - Failed to establish two-way communication channel: No Agent with ID “/agent_id/fbf9eb0a-3d82-46fe-8b31-f4f7d008c3ce”
Let me know how we can solve this error as our grafana is not working. Docker and pmm agent is working.

Hello, seems like your pmm-agent can’t connect to PMM Server, because PMM server doesn’t have any records about this pmm-agent being registered. Have you made any manipulations with PMM Server recently? Could you check if you have this pmm-agent ID in PMM inventory?
The simplest way to fix the problem is to re-register your pmm-agent and add existing services.
