[URGENT] Percona XtraDB Cluster Node Crash

Dear Percona Support Team,

We are experiencing a critical issue with one of our Percona XtraDB Cluster nodes running on Ubuntu 24.04. On May 19, 2025, at 06:47 UTC, the mysqld process on node o6node45 crashed with a segmentation fault. We are unable to determine the root cause and would appreciate your expert assistance in diagnosing and resolving the problem.

Looks like network issues “(Connection timed out)”. Be aware that 5.7 is dead software and support for 5.7 is no longer available. Please upgrade to the latest 8.0.X which includes all bug fixes, and improvements. Please reach out to our team to engage in a support contract for immediate production-level issues, and for assistance upgrading to 8.0.
