Update etcd to 3.5.28/3.5.29 for Percona Distribution for PostgreSQL (CVE-2026-XXXX)

Hi Percona Team,

I’m using Percona Distribution for PostgreSQL 18.3. The current etcd version in the repository is 1:3.5.26-1.noble.

Recently, a critical vulnerability was announced regarding etcd Auth bypass (CVE-2026-XXXX), and upstream has released versions 3.5.28+ to fix this.

When do you plan to update the etcd packages in your repositories to include these security fixes?
