SSL Error messages in Cluster Host

Have a 3-node cluster that is working well. Am getting random errors in the log regarding SSL certs with hosts that are not part of the cluster. Should I just ignore these?

I would not ignore those. Those are attempts by some other server to join your cluster. I would investigate server 192.35.168.96 and find out what is running on that server and why is it trying to talk to your DB.
