Show real host IP/Hostname instead of HAProxy IP

When I do show processlist, I see host is showing haproxy server not the real host where connection is made. How do I fix it ? Is it haproxy configuration or MySQL configuration change.

In the above mentioned article,
it says "

Followed this and I can see now real client IP
