Replication not sync [MY-010956]

[Warning] [MY-010956] [Server] Invalid replication timestamps: original commit timestamp is more recent than the immediate commit timestamp.

Slave status : no error

Slave_IO_Running: Yes
Slave_SQL_Running: Yes

Chronology :

DR Testing - Swing DR on MySQL Percona 8.0.18-9 replication not running :

  • no error found on show slave status\G
  • on mysqld.log found MY-010956 and MY-010957

Test create table T1 on new master (previously slave before swing), but on new slave (previously master before swing) new table T1 was not created.

Please need guidance for this, since NTP check both master and slave was same.

Do you happen to have replication filters turned on? Could you post the my.cnf from the Primary and the Replica?

Run SELECT NOW() on both to verify they have the same timestamp/timezone. Are you using ROW replication, or STATEMENT? Are you using GTID?

Do

show global variables like ‘%zone%’;
