I have percona postgres cluster of 3 node, it was working perfectly fine from last few months. Suddenly servers got restarted and now all three nodes are in readonly mode showing status as follower.

The first thing you should do is get a hold of your postgres logs for the dates in question and postt the messages here that match the times. I’ve got a few ideas of root cause but the logs will confirm the issues.
