what if the pxc 8.0 bootstrapped node(node 1) is down due to the following reasons ,then how to join the cluster .
1.power outage
2.crashed

Bootstrapped is a temporary state that only happens on the very first node of a cluster. After the cluster is running, the state of “bootstrapped” has no meaning. Thus, if you bootstrap node1, then bring node2 and node3 online, the loss of node1 has no effect on the status cluster, other than the loss of a node. The fact that node1 was the bootstrap does not matter to node2/3. Simply start node1 as normal (ie; do not re-bootstrap node1) and it will join node2/3.
