ProxySQL PMM Failed to Load Connection Pool Usage Graph

I am facing issue while view PMM graphs of ProxySQL.

There is one Graph Named → Connection Pool Usage appear blank.

Can you help how to gets this graph ?

Could you show parameters of metric proxysql_connection_pool_status ?
It can be done in Explore.

Hello, I have the same issue with 2.37 PMM Server. Added Proxies, everything works ok expect this table in Grafana:

It seems that this issue is connected to [PMM-12090] ProxySQL: Metrics for Client Frontend Connections not present - Percona JIRA.
