I would like to install proxySQL for percona xtraDB cluster 8.0,found 2 variants .
which one to choose…?

You can use either. proxysql.com is the official from them, and the proxysql from Percona has additional features.

Does proxySQL installation is mandatory(dependency) for ProxySQL v2 installation or
can i install only ProxySQL v2…?

ProxySQL v2 is the same thing as ProxySQL. I’m not understanding what you are asking. If you install ProxySQL, you will install ProxySQL2. Those are the same thing.

Should i configure in both config files i.e at /etc/proxysql.cnf & /etc/proxysql-admin.cnf…???
Please let me know how to proceed.

Neither. ProxySQL is configured via SQL using mysql client. Please read basic proxysql documentation.
