When using PBM to physically restore a shard cluster,Directoryperdb" in the DBpath/storage.bson file: the “true” parameter is modified to false, which makes mongod unable to start normally

Thanks for reporting! We have created a ticket: [PBM-909] Physical restore doesn't work with directoryPerDB enabled in mongod - Percona JIRA and will fix it in the next release.
