Postgres-stanza-create failed to run

I am trying to install perona postgres 1.2.0 in which postgres-stanza-create failed to run

I’m getting the same issue.

It turns out the issue was because I was using the 1.3.0-ppg14-pgbackrest image instead of the 1.3.0-ppg14-pgbackrest-repo image.
