The extension pg_trgm does not work after some time while recreating the extension solves the error.
Can there be a solution for permanent solution for this as it is breaking things where the extension fails?

Sorry to hear you’re having challenges with extension pg_trgm. That sounds pretty unusual however that being said and since extension pg_trm is part of the standard postgres installation you should file a bug report on the postgresql portal. Take a look at the reference links below and follow the guidelines as outlined for filing bug reports.
