Pg_tde and local file provider

PostgreSQL PG_TDE – Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)

After reviewing the documentation, I am unable to use pg_tde with a “file-keyring” provider and a key stored locally in a file.
Could you please provide me with all the commands required to create an encrypted table?
