My question is, if it is possible to recovery only one database from set from one mysql server without affecting all other databases there (and appropriate binlogs of course)?

The answer is no, you cannot restore databases selectively, you can only restore all.
I can suggest you restore to a different location then dump (mk-parallel-dump) and restore (mk-parallel-restore) the target database.
