Regarding percona-xtrabackup-80_8.0.28-20, there is no glibc 2.12 version, is it not supported in the future?

Tarball glibc2.12 is built on centos6 and we dropped centos6 support

if use centos 6, must be use source code compile and install?

you can try to compile it by your own.
you can get source code from github.
