Percona 8.0.30 crashing with signal 11

Heya, we recently upgraded from Percona 8.0.27 to 8.0.30. The server has been crashing since then. Could this be related to [PS-8589] Crashing with signal 11 - Percona JIRA?

00:52:38 UTC - mysqld got signal 11 ;
Most likely, you have hit a bug, but this error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.

Hi @Soumya

Yes, your stack trace indicates that you are indeed suffering from the memory corruption from PS-8589.
Please update Percona Server to 8.0.31 or the latest 8.0.32.

Thank you for confirming. We upgraded to 8.0.31 yesterday after posting here. The server hasn’t crashed since! I’ll post back by the end of this week to accept your reply as the solution if it remains stable.

No crashes since the upgrade to 8.0.31. Thank you!
