Pbm status shows an error message even though the latest backup succeeded

Wondering if it is a bug or expected behaviour.
pbm status

! ERROR while running PITR backup: …

Hi Andriy,
The below error shows the PITR error. You can provide us with more logs to check this.

! ERROR while running PITR backup: …

Is PITR backup enabled? Is it a recent one? Do you see any error like " oplog has insufficient range" in the pbm logs? If so, you can check whether you have enough oplog window/size or take another base backup to resume PITR backup.

You can provide us with the below output:

pbm status
pbm logs -sD -t10000 > pbm.log

Now, Answering your questions:

  1. Is PITR backup enabled?
    NO
    pitr:
    enabled: false
  2. No errors like you mentioned oplog has insufficient range

I have managed to get rid of that message by running
pbm config --force-resync
