Offline installation of PXC 8 on Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy

I’ve successfully installed PXC 8 on Ubuntu 22.04 using the guide at Install Percona XtraDB Cluster on Debian or Ubuntu - Percona XtraDB Cluster however I need to replicate this on machines that are offline. I looked into apt-offline, but couldn’t figure out how to use it with the relevant PXC 8 deb files.

I found packages at Percona Repo, but I’m a bit uncertain how to proceed.

Any tips on how I can install the same packages manually, in an offline environment, so that the result is identical to following the guide at Install Percona XtraDB Cluster on Debian or Ubuntu - Percona XtraDB Cluster ?

Why not just download all the packages and install locally? Should work the same. I don’t know how in Ubuntu, but in RHEL-based systems, I can use yum downloadonly to pull packages and their dependencies and copy them to another host for install.
