Node Exporter crashing frequently

We are frequently observing internal server error on node exporter on the PMM2 instance and node metrics stopped populating.

Could you provide some snippets of logs with the error?

There are no errors on the logs.

Also , at some point node exporter will start sending the metrics and no datapoints on grafana

Could you please help to address the issue?

We have upgraded to 2.38.1 and still we are facing the same issue.
