Due to OpenSSL bug on RHEL 9, we are expecting Mongo to upgrade to 7.17 however it is not available in Percona as of now. Could you please help when it will be available ?

The version PSMDB 7.0.17 will be skipped in the releases, and v7.0.18-11 is expected to be released by the end of this month(the dates may change if something is delayed in the release process). All the changes in v7.0.17 will be merged in v7.0.18-11 as well, so you can use v7.0.18-11 when it is released.
