After mysql8.0.35 backed up the data from the database xtrabackup8.0.34, it was sent to the slave database to restore and pull up the database. The database could not be started and the following error was reported: [ERROR] [MY-013178] [Server] Execution of server-side SQL statement 'ALTER TABLE slave_worker_info STATS_PERSISTENT=0; ’ failed with error code = 1205, error message = ‘Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction’.
Did you try restarting replication as recommended by the error message?
