Are the mongo-tools which are part of percona-server-mongodb:

bsondump, mongodump, mongoexport, mongofiles, mongoimport, mongorestore, mongostat mongotop

Are these the opensource versions or modified by percona?

Can I replace these with their latest varsion to fix trivy issues?

No, these are not modified - so you can safely replace them. However, we’re updating continuosly mongo tools to the latest version. Next week we’ll release another set of patches to 7.0 and 8.0 with new mongotools version - 100.17.0
