Is it possible to deploy pxc on one single node?

Hi, due to some business reasons, I want to deploy pxc on both three nodes and one single node env. I have already deployed pxc successfully on three nodes. However, when I want to scale down the pxc replica to 1, it keeps scaling back to 3 (I have already modified pxc size to 1 in cr.yaml). So I am wondering is the minimal nodes have to be 3 or is there anything I forgot to modify? Thanks.

Please try to set
allowUnsafeConfigurations: true

1 node is not recommended size to run Percona XtraDB Cluster.
