Is anybody try the wsrep_provider_option of repl.commit_order=2(LOCAL_OOOC)?

Hi, everyone.

I can’t work well on the setting of the title.
(all transaction seems to stack)

From the code of CommitOrder#condition, it returns trx_.is_local() which is determined when transaction handler object generated.
I think it would keep stucked.

Is there anyone who can try this parameter?
