Interactive confirm option when using pbm restore

Hello

engineers may encounter situations where misuse of command history (e.g., directly executing a previous `pbm restore` command from history) leads to restoring an incorrect backup to the production environment.

I mistakenly ran a restore in my test env.

To help prevent such accidental operations, would it be possible to add a parameter option that prompts for confirmation before executing the restore operation?

e.g

restore:
   requireConfirm: true
