How to send alerts in different timing intervals based on the severity

Hi Folks,

We would like to send an email alert at different timing intervals, like below.

Critical Alerts - Every 5 minutes
Warning Alerts - Every 15 minutes
Notice Alerts - Every one hour

Instead, I am getting alerts every 10 minutes. but I want to send an email alert depending on the severity or alerts rule like above example.

Take a look at notification policies…there’s an option to match on labels and then you can customize timings and repeating of alerts. Should be straight forward to setup an alert to match on severity for each of the above. I’d think the group wait would be 0 seconds (send initial alert immediately) and repeat interval would be 5m, 15m, 1h for each severity policy.
