Since v3.3 patroni dashboard already added - PMM 3.3.0 (2025-07-09) - Percona Monitoring and Management so it should show the metrics if you added the PG service properly.

Also, you can refer to the blogpost - https://www.percona.com/blog/monitoring-a-postgresql-patroni-cluster for the older version, where eloboarated about the Patroni metrics exposed in a Prometheus compatible way [/metrics endpoint] if you want to use that way.
If you still face any issues, please share the exact dashboard which shows empty information or share the PMM Server/Agent logs for review.
