How to build xtrabackup-2.4 on ARM64

I have saw the document of xtrabackup, it says xtrabackup can work on ARM64 machine.
But when I try to build it which version of 2.4 with GCC-4.8.5 and BOOST_1_59_0,there are some fatal error.

There is nothing special between the guidance in github.

So I want know if there is something I should do more.

I have succeed after upgrade gcc from 4.8.5 to 7.3
