Helm Chart for PSMDB-DB does not contain the mongod section

The Helm Chart for PSMDB-DB should contain the mongod section.
This section is referenced for the security.enableEncryption.
When you want to define a cluster with disabled encryption, this is the only working method.

Using the replicaset.configuration with the security.enableEncryption creates an error
which is initiated at https://github.com/dutow/percona-server-mongodb/blob/3d3479b7c912d2cd04264ce8f0df0fb01dd7ca2b/src/mongo/db/mongod_options.cpp#L173
