In order to that you have to backup the generated secrets which does not reflect the philosophy of today DEVOPS. What is needed is a fully customizable deployment … created this ticket and possibly others have ideas too:

maybe I’m wrong, but data-at-rest key is generated automatically only if you have not set security.encryptionKeySecret.
Can you generate this key and set it as a regular secret?

security.encryptionKeySecret : May be it would make sense if this is set by default in your /deploy example (like the user secret)
mongodb-key : do you happen to know for what this key is ?
