flush error logs percona mysql version 5.1.73-log

Hi,

I am trying to implement MySQL logs rotation.

from the content from “flush logs” , I see that while doing flush logs MySQL creates error log file with suffix “-old”

But when I am trying on recently installed mysql server, its not working as needed.

Is this bug with this version?
