How we can exclude a few tables from the PXC Replication at realtime

You cannot do this. PXC will replicate every table. You defeat the entire purpose of using PXC if you want to ignore certain tables. PXC is an HA clustering solution. By removing tables from various nodes, you have completely removed the HA capabilities of PXC.
