[ERROR] [MY-013935] [Server] IO-layer timeout before wait_timeout was reached

This problem occurred in mysql 8…4.2 and 8.4.3, but it could not be reproduced. It only appears occasionally in the log.
Is there any solution to the problem and how to find the cause of it?

Without a reproducible scenario, it is hard to tell what this means. Have you looked over at https://bugs.mysql.com to see if this has been reported?
