Error at innobackupex line 1710

Percona Xtrabackup was running, I noticed the output was going to the wrong folder, so I hit ctrl-c to stop the backup job, but now when I try to run innobackupex with the correct output path, I get the following error:

innobackupex: Error: Terminated with SIGXFSZ at /usr/bin/innobackupex line 1710.

I can’t seem to run any xtrabackup jobs now, no matter where the output goes. Any ideas?

Logging out and logging back in allows innobackupex to run again. Perhaps a ulimit was reached?
