Does percona auditLog support logrotate setting?

What if auditLog file is very large if keeping on appending new auditing event?
I did not get any auditLog rotate config in percona mongodb documenttion.

Yes log rotation is supported. PSMDB provides the same functionality as MongoDB so you can see documentation at Rotate Log Files

PSMDB versions based on v5.0 allow to rotate audit log files separately from server logs (see docs at above mentioned link).
